To Live From Inside Out

This Leadership group is hosted by the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University. Brahma Kumaris is a spiritual movement headquartered in Mount Abu, India. We teach Raja Yoga as a way of experiencing peace of mind and a positive approach to life. In addition, we provide a number of events, talks, workshops and seminars for people from all religious and cultural backgrounds to explore their own spirituality and learn life skills of reflection and meditation, derived from Raja Yoga. This has helped thousands of people across the world develop inner calm, clear thinking and personal well-being.

The Brahma Kumaris is part of a worldwide network of over 8,500 centres in more than 100 countries, the first of which was founded in India in the 1930′s.

Raja Yoga is a powerful tool that allows you to connect with your inner self and awaken your true potential.
