National Apprenticeship Week started Monday March 9th with events around the country marking the opportunities available for young people. To celebrate last year’s week, Dan went to Slough to interview some of the O2 apprentices and found that a quarter of O2′s workforce is under 25, and apprenticeships extend across every division of the business. We spoke to some apprentices to find out how they got to their positions and what the highlights have been so far.
