Spring Forward was a roaring success (if we say so ourselves).

In case you missed it, Spring Forward was brought to you by Go Think Big and O2, and was a carefully curated, jam-packed day of wellbeing workshops, motivational health and productivity talks and discussions, and free nutritious food, of course. We had tips on how to live your very best life both mentally and physically from singer and rapper Professor Green; mindset coach Lisa Hawkyard; fitness and branding expert James Heptonstall and celeb trainer Richard Tidmarsh. We also heard from Chante Joseph, who received funding from O2 through Go Think Big to start her own creative collective at Bristol University and had a panel discussion with all the speakers at the end.

As well as all these inspirational talks, we also had make-your-own-smoothie bikes, goodie bags, a live workout with top-class gym gear led by Richard, and a Twitter comp to win an Apple watch.

Obviously, we had one very happy audience.

Oh and of course, we had Professor Green speaking candidly about his career moves, his mental health, male suicide and staying focused and motivated. He opened up in a one-on-one discussion with our host for the day, KISS FM’s Swarzy Macaly, and later on in our panel discussion. Our audience managed to ask him advice and personal questions, as well as nab a few selfies with him too!
