When you get an invite to spend the day in a field full of inflatable rugby pitches, rugby pros and a stall where you can cycle a bike to blend up a smoothie, only an idiot says no. So we were ridiculously excited to join O2 at their O2 Touch Tour events in Nottingham and Oxford recently.

We brought a bunch of you guys along too, to shadow the O2 team working in roles like social media, events management, filming and photography, so you could find out what it really takes to work in the sports and events industries.

While we were there, we even got to meet England Rugby Captain (and LEGEND) Dylan Hartley.

In between matches, we grabbed Dylan to ask him his top tips for being a captain, feeling confident, and smashing a career in sport. Check out his advice below…
